As of Now.
All Events will Require a Minimum of a £10 Deposit. This will Be Non Refundable, should you Fail to attend the event.
Payment will be accepted Via Cheque, or Paypal. If Paying By Paypal. You Must Add the Paypal Charges. 3.5% +20p so for £10 this adds 56 pence.
These are to Cover Paypal Charges, And Are In Now way Making the Club a Profit.
By the time you write a Cheque, buy an envelope, a Stamp and Post it. then I would say it works out around the same cost.
The Deposit is To try and Prevent the Event Organiser being Landed with a Bill due to Members not Attending. I.e Xmas Party.
Events costing a Larger Sum, May require a Larger Deposit.
