Dear Member,
As of Now.
All Events will Require a Minimum of a £10 Deposit. This will Be Non Refundable, should you Fail to attend the event.
Payment will be accepted Via Cheque, or Paypal. If Paying By Paypal. You Must Add the Paypal Charges. 3.5% +20p so for £10 this adds 56 pence.
These are to Cover Paypal Charges, And Are In Now way Making the Club a Profit.
By the time you write a Cheque, buy an envelope, a Stamp and Post it. then I would say it works out around the same cost.
The Deposit is To try and Prevent the Event Organiser being Landed with a Bill due to Members not Attending. I.e Xmas Party.
Events costing a Larger Sum, May require a Larger Deposit.

Requiring deposits for haynes day 1 please as its getting close and i have to pay deposit very soon - the rest of the money needs to be paid 2 weeks before the event - you can pay all in one go or a £10 deposit followed by £20 after just let me know what your doing and if you are still attending please

will pay you me and beachsleeper deposits this week when i collect the posters if thats ok...going to devon on sat morning....
