We have been informed from Castle Coombe the parade laps for clubs will be free this year. SWS hold money for members who have paid for these parade laps.

Torpoint1: Money returned.
Scooby2: Money returned
Plumbscoob: Money used for other events.
Neilus: SWS are holding this money.
Designerman: Being returned at the monthly meet.
Scuzz: Used for Japfest ticket.
Nudge: Used for Japfest ticket.
Loonybin: Used for Japfest ticket.
Bugeyed Pig: Used for Japfest ticket.
Scoobysticks: Money used for other events
Hellscoob:?
Welsh Scoob: Used for Rally Day.

If anyone would like this altered please give me a shout.

Yep, no probs Chris.....will be planning the stand soon, went to combe yesterday to see how much space we have, and its looking good, just got to get 60+ cars on the grassed area

Hi Maria,

The club isn't happy with the parade laps thing.

When myself and Bob came in to pay for the tickets, you said they would be free. So we refunded our members their £10 that we had charged.

Today, you told me that there are no parade laps at all.

Some of our members are coming from as far as Kent for Action Day, and they are very unhappy to be told they cant do the laps now, and dont want to come anymore.

Is there any chance, than we can go with team Delphi?

As I said, we were promised free laps when we booked our tickets, and now, 2 weeks before the event, Im having to tell my members, they cant have their laps.

We know its nothing special, but for people like myself, and my friend (also a lady Scooby owner) this would be our only chance to drive on a track.
