Scoobysticks, Orbs and Scooby2 will be at Combe from 7.00am, to set up, and guide people onto the stand.....

Orbs will be on the gate with a 2 way radio.

This convoy will need to be split up, say 10 cars at the most entering....

All organisers need to add the times that their group is meeting. Combe is open from 7am.....

Just above Old Sodbury (Chipping Sdobury) Mate - ~2 miles north of J18 M4

Thought I would pick up the southern gang at Gordano and convoy to the crosshands. We can then make sure all have tickets and paddock passes. and leave the crosshands in groups of 10...:smile:

i am still running in my engine, and will not stop at J27, as it is 50 mins from Gordano at 75 - 80MPH

do not expect to get to Gordano before 7am as those meeting at Exeter are not leaving Exeter before 6.30+ would not expect them to get to gordano beofre me. depending on their speed they may not arrive before 7.15

need to bear traveling times in to meeting points, as this could severly put us behind on time.

We need to get evryone on the stand by 8.00 - 8.30 at the very latest....

The convoy will need to be broken up so there are not too many coming in at one time.

You need to head past the 'competitors entrance' past the garage (left hand side) and follow the road round. It will be signposted 'Camp Corner'

err depends what direction you are coming from...... coming from M4

camp is on the roan on right hand side, right on the corner befor the Garage!

Camp has to be one of the worst places to be put..... Last year almost no visitors bothered to go around that part.
