Version 5 spoiler

Hi All

I am thinking of bidding on a version 5 spoiler off of ebay, the spoiler is off a type R, I have an RB5 non WR with the medium size spoiler and want to upgrade to a more aggresive one, question -- will the above V5 spoiler fit the RB5 or will I need to drill new holes etc....

just wondering if the spoiler you are bidding on is the 1 i thought about

is it blue ? i asked m8y if its genuine and it isn't
i also changed my prodrive rear spoiler for a bigger 1 , i have the v6 replica
i got £250 for the prodrive 1 and the v6 cost me £175

if i was you i'd buy a brand new 1 , m8y told me he's after 160 for his , if,of course,it is the same 1 , , his car is actually v4 type r

Found out that the spoiler was bought by the last owner, he believes he bought it from Scooby World or mania, he can’t remember which.

He remembers that he paid £324 for it painted.



I am only looking for approx £160 if I can get it!

ooops,as for fitting , you will use the same holes but my fitter did drill 2 more in the middle of the boot lid for added support

Yeah thats the one mate I'll mull it over, need to get rid of the mid level spolier as the V5 really changes back end appearence

mines a v6 replica but i want a genuine 1
i do have a v4 genuine 1 here , mid level but i can't fit it as i have 2 new holes in my boot lid

can't remember the exact price but there is a company on e-bay selling good ones

some don't have the 'extra' piece under the brake light
the genuine versions do and also some reps do

mine hasn't,that's why i want to change it

Yeah see what you mean mate, spotted the one you have linked on ebay today seems like a good spoiler I may put a bid in on that one, how much you looking for the one you have on your car at the mo ???? if you are going to sell that is

hi george , scoobydazza here again ;) , , how much for 2 of the v6 spoilers delivered to the same address in devon ? any discount for having 2 :) , i can pay by paypal next week. i would want you to personally check them both as i've noticed some where the sides don't join 100% flush , i had 1 like it myself and had to return it at cost,cheers,,darren.. dazza1802@aol.com
