We might use your username & password to check problems with your account, however we will contact you about this first, as your password is encrypted on our server, and we do not know what this is.
We use your real Name & Contact number for identification purposes, and to inform you of any changes to any planned meets and or events that you might be attending.

Occasionally we might send you an email to update you about our service. There is an option to indicate if you do not want to receive future emails ("opt-out") located in you User cp under profile, simply select not to receive email from administrators.
In some race occasions, the administrators might have to bypass the opt-out feature to send important information or updates.
South West Scoobies lets other members send you notification email messages. Although do not give out your email addresses stored on our servers, this is done using our secure online server. we will not sell, rent, or otherwise make your buddy list available to third parties, except when required by law.
Cookies are small files placed onto your computer that store certain information. Our cookies only store session information, which enhances your experience of creating or browsing through a South West Scoobies. It also enables us to track the traffic on our site. We only store information created by the South West Scoobies server; we don't store any personally identifiable information in cookies.
